In addition to the dog park and fitness centers, there's a pet spa, maker's space, co-working lounge, and a pool and rooftop lounge, as well as 324 parking spaces

Oakwood Apartments Sarasota^*Multi-Family & Student HousingJP Wiseman served as the General Contractor for the 152,303 SF. multi-family project in Bradenton, FL. This project consisted of 144 units with notable features including a clubhouse, pool, fitness center, wheelchair-accessible rooms, gourmet kitchens and more.

Sumner High School HardeningEducation & Public BuildingsJP Wiseman Construction and the original site team for the construction of Sumner High School was invited back by the Hillsborough County School District to perform work to upgrade the structure and systems to create a hurricane proof evacuation shelter for Hillsborough County families.

Tampa Oaks^*Medical & Senior LivingTampa Oaks hired JP Wiseman as the General Contractor for its Assisted Living Facility in Tampa, FL. The 106,526 SF. project was designed with 130 total residences and a modern residential gathering area. The Assisting Living Facility was built with three stories, the Memory Care center was one story block and JP Wiseman used wooden trusses on the entire structure for the roof.

The AdenMedical & Senior LivingThe Aden is an impressive Assisted Living Facility in Ormond Beach, FL., encompassing 124,462 SF. The facility has 131 units, consisting of a three-story Assisted Living building and a one-story Memory Care building.

This project has 272 units across two- and three-story buildings. This facility also includes features such as walking trails, fountains, a covered patio and a spacious dining area.
