Trio at Encore! was a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) multi-family residential project in Tampa, FL. This 207,583 SF. project included 141 residences, a massive parking garage, retail spaces and large, vibrant murals and artwork throughout the space.
Projects marked as built under a prior company were not performed by JP Wiseman Construction, LLC, which started in July of 2020. These projects were performed under John Wiseman's license CGC #043320 and CGC #1516489 at his prior company.
