The Desoto Towers project was an expansive renovation of the exterior windows, storefront, plumbing, piping and HVAC system. The 12-story high-rise consists of 208 units in Bradenton, FL.
Projects marked as built under a prior company were not performed by JP Wiseman Construction, LLC, which started in July of 2020. These projects were performed under John Wiseman's license CGC #043320 and CGC #1516489 at his prior company.
