Artistry St. Pete, located at 1601 Central Ave. between the Grand Central District and the Edge District, is a mixed-use development that opened in 2020 with 246 apartments and 10,000 square feet of commercial space. The apartments range from studios to three-bedroom units. In addition to the dog park and fitness centers, there's a pet spa, maker's space, co-working lounge, and a pool and rooftop lounge, as well as 324 parking spaces

Projects marked as built under a prior company were not performed by JP Wiseman Construction, LLC, which started in July of 2020. These projects were performed under John Wiseman's license CGC #043320 and CGC #1516489 at his prior company.
