Tampa Oaks hired JP Wiseman as the General Contractor for its Assisted Living Facility in Tampa, FL. The 106,526 SF. project was designed with 130 total residences and a modern residential gathering area. The Assisting Living Facility was built with three stories, the Memory Care center was one story block and JP Wiseman used wooden trusses on the entire structure for the roof.
Projects marked as built under a prior company were not performed by JP Wiseman Construction, LLC, which started in July of 2020. These projects were performed under John Wiseman's license CGC #043320 and CGC #1516489 at his prior company.
